The Henry County Senior Center

As part of its strong commitment to the senior population, Interlocal Community Action Program (ICAP) operates the Henry County Senior Center, located in New Castle, Indiana. Nutrition, socialization, and recreation are the primary components of  the daily programming. The center is for adults 55 years of age and older or for those who have a spouse 55 years or older.

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am-2: 00 pm and some evenings for a variety of special events. The center is located at 108 S. Main St. in New Castle, Indiana.  A hot lunch is served daily at 11:30 am for a suggested donation (if you are age 60 years of age and older).

A 24-hour notice is expected as the meals are ordered in advance from Lifestream.  Activities include Dominoes, Bingo, Yoga, Euchre, Special Painting Projects, Exercise, and Movies.  Please call for current activity schedule. Stay active, stay connected and have fun with us at the Senior Center.
